ROADMAP

Where it stands.
Where it's going.

Three phases — Now, Next, Vision. Anything that isn't live is visibly labelled as planned or vision. The credibility of the roadmap depends on not blurring shipped from intended.

PHASES

Three phases

Phase 01◉ Live

Now

  • Deterministic Rust matching engine · WAL-durable
  • Double-entry ledger · conservation by construction
  • Append-only blake3 tamper-evident audit chain
  • Cross-margin perps + spot · insurance + ADL
  • Capability-model authenticated RPC
  • Off-box hash-tip export · external verifiability
Phase 02○ Planned

Next

  • Public verifiability surfaces · transparency proofs
  • Settlement options · expanded asset coverage
  • $INOM token utility activation · staking + referral
  • Institutional API tier · co-located gateways
  • Liquidity provider program · designated MM tier
Phase 03◌ Vision

Future

  • Progressive self-custody · on-chain settlement options
  • The DEX/CEX convergence — CEX speed, DEX trust
  • Cross-chain settlement primitives
  • …and one more thing.
WHAT THE LABELS MEAN

The labels, defined.

Live, In build and Planned are not decoration — each one has a criterion the roadmap holds itself to.

Live

Running in canary or production now — measured, not aspirational.

In build

Code in progress, with its status tracked in the build plan.

Planned

Design locked in, not yet started — committed, not shipped.

TRACKS

The phases, by track.

The three phases, re-cut into three tracks — so you can follow engine, custody or proof work across the timeline. Every item below already appears in the phases above.

01 · Engine & markets

Engine & markets.

The deterministic matching engine and cross-margin perps + spot are Live in Phase 01. Settlement options, expanded asset coverage, the institutional API tier and the liquidity-provider program are Phase 02. Cross-chain settlement primitives are Phase 03.

02 · Custody & identity

Custody & identity.

Capability-model authenticated RPC is Live in Phase 01. Progressive self-custody and on-chain settlement options are the Phase 03 vision — the destination the convergence works toward, clearly labelled.

03 · Proof surfaces

Proof surfaces.

The double-entry ledger, the append-only blake3 audit chain and off-box hash-tip export are Live in Phase 01. Public verifiability surfaces and transparency proofs are Phase 02 — moving the checks from the platform to you.

DETAILS

Questions, answered straight.

When launch is, what is already live, and what proof surfaces unlock.

When is launch?

The roadmap is sequenced, not dated. The phases run in order — Now, then Next, then the Vision — and anything that is not already Live is labelled Planned or Vision rather than pinned to a promised date. The credibility of the roadmap depends on not blurring what shipped from what is intended.

What is already live?

Phase 01 is running now: the deterministic Rust matching engine with WAL-durable replay, the double-entry ledger with conservation by construction, the append-only blake3 audit chain, cross-margin perps and spot with insurance and ADL, capability-model authenticated RPC, and off-box hash-tip export. Live here means running in canary or production now — measured, not aspirational.

What does “proof surfaces” unlock?

Public transparency proofs move verification from the platform to you: published surfaces that let anyone confirm the audit chain and conservation checks from outside, plus downloadable hash-tips and ledger snapshots packaged for independent verification without privileged access. This is Phase 02 work, committed and labelled Planned — not shipped today.
